SuperCare Hospitality Services | Effective 25 July 2026
About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how SuperCare Hospitality Services ("SuperCare", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores and protects information when customers and service professionals use the SuperCare mobile application and related web services.
Information we collect
- Account identifiers, name, email address, phone number and profile photo.
- Service addresses, approximate or precise location when permission is granted, and saved address details.
- Booking selections, schedule, service instructions, assigned professional, status, reviews and support requests.
- Worker profile, availability, verification details and service activity.
- Notification tokens, device/app diagnostics and authentication information required to keep accounts secure.
- Payment status or transaction references where needed for booking support. SuperCare does not request banking passwords or full card credentials.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate accounts, create and manage bookings, assign service professionals, provide directions, send status notifications, answer support requests, prevent misuse, improve service quality and operate SuperCare's customer, worker and admin experiences.
Sharing and service providers
Booking details needed for service delivery, including the customer's name, contact number, address, service and schedule, are shared with the assigned service professional. We also use service providers such as Supabase for authentication and database services, Firebase for web hosting, Expo for application builds and push delivery, Google for optional sign-in and map navigation, and OpenStreetMap for map previews. These providers process information under their own terms and security controls.
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioural advertising.
Location, photos and notifications
Location is requested only for service address selection and route guidance. Customers may enter an address manually if they do not grant location permission. Photo access is used only when a user chooses to upload a profile or verification image. Notification permission is used for booking, worker, support and account alerts and can be changed from device settings.
Security and retention
Data is transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections. Access is restricted by authenticated roles and database security policies. We retain account and service information only while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, protect users or meet applicable legal obligations.
Your controls and account deletion
You can edit profile information and saved addresses inside the app. To permanently delete your account, open Profile > Delete Account. If the app is unavailable or uninstalled, use our public account deletion request page. Account deletion removes the authentication account and associated SuperCare profile and service data, except information we are legally required to retain.
Children's privacy
SuperCare is a home-services booking platform intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13.
