Delete your SuperCare account

This page is provided by SuperCare Hospitality Services for customers who want to permanently delete their account and associated data.

Delete immediately from the app

Sign in to the SuperCare app.
Open Profile.
Select Delete Account.
Review the deletion details, type DELETE, and confirm permanent deletion.

You will be signed out when deletion is complete.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email our privacy team from your registered email address. Use the subject SuperCare Account Deletion Request and include your registered phone number. We may request limited information to verify account ownership before deleting data.

Data deleted

Authentication account and customer profile.
Contact information, profile image reference and saved service addresses.
Bookings, notifications, reviews and support requests associated with the account.

Verified requests are normally completed promptly and no later than 30 days. Limited records may be retained only when required by applicable law, fraud prevention, safety or dispute-resolution obligations.
